Drop Nose Pin - Quick release Pin
Drop Nose Pin refers to the method by which the latch on the pin is manually
rotated 'drop nose' to locate the pin.
Two types of pin are commercially available. The steel drop nose pin with a non locking latch
should only be used in solid section assemblies, the stainless steel type of drop nose pin has a
locking latch and can be used more widely.
